Kriya Massage Therapy

Kriya is an Indian Sanskrit word that means spontaneous energy movement. Each massage is tailored to the individual, as  I use my intuition to sense what the client needs at each session. A continuous flow with  either gentle, deep pressure or a combination of both.

  • Therapeutic or Deep Tissue Back Massage $60/30 min
  • Therapeutic or Deep Tissue Body Massage $90/60 min $140/90min
  • Prenatal Massage $90/60min: A special Tailored massage  done side lying, to meet the needs of your changing  body, as your baby grows.
  • Hot Stone Massage $110/ 60 min or  $150/90 min: A specialty massage originally used by  Native Americans.   Using smooth heated stones   massaged in, and placed on, the body. The heat deeply relaxes and warms up tight muscles.
  • Thai Yoga  Massage                $90/60min or   $140/90 min : Thai Yoga massage is an ancient body work offering the benefits of both yoga and massage as one.   I will guide you into various Yoga postures, helping to hold stretches and massage along the body's energy lines.     I will   be using gentle and deep pressure with rhythmic motion using my hands and feet.  The massage is performed on a mat wearing loose fitted clothing.
  • Thai Fusion Massage $90/ 60 min or $125/90 min:  A blend of Thai Yoga massage with Therapeutic or Deep tissue.
  • Hot Shell Massage  $90 /60min Therma shells are a blend of real tiger clam shells and fine porcelain   that has been recycled into an  ergonomic massage tool, that maintains heat up to 1hr. Lava Gel-natural minerals combined with a natural activator create electricity free heat.
  • Therapeutic Massage with private yoga session $170/2hrs
  • Five Element Massage $170/ 2 hrs

  • Body massage w/steam $115 for 90 min
  • Body polish $45 for 30min  -  Sugar scrub gently massaged into the body to gently exfoliate and nourish skin cells
  • Body Massage with polish $120    for 90 min

Facials

All facials include  an analysis of Skin type, cleansing, exfoliation   a finishing mask, toner,  moisturizer, face, head, neck, shoulder and hand massage!
  • Deep pore cleansing facial  $85 (60 min) Includes Steam and deep pore extraction if needed
  • Deep moisture hydrating facial $85 (60 min)        Includes warm herbal compresses and deep moisture facial massage
  • Seaweed Facial  $90 (90min) Includes a seaweed/peppermint foot soak, herbal and seaweed compress with seaweed finishing mask
  • Herbal  peel  $45 ( 30 min) add on to facial for $35   Deep exfoliating treatment.

  • Deep moisture  Hand and foot treatments Eco-fin:  All natural herbal paraffin made with soy and natural oils,    petroleum free!
  • Hands or feet add on with facial or massage services $20 or $35 for both
