Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
This series will consist of a yoga flow with asanas (postures), Mudras (hand postures) and guided meditation with sound healing
to balance each chakra
Gentle Yoga virtual & In studio

Class well suited for individuals with past injuries or physical limitations or for those looking for a less physically vigorous class

Saturdays 10:30-11:30 am

Hatha Yoga
Saturdays 12-1pm
Beginner level to introduce new yoga students to the basics. You will learn poses, their alignments and modifications, as well as breathing and meditation techniques.
Continuing levels of yoga practioners are welcome too as we are always learning and refining our practices.
This class will be gentle in movement, reduce stress, increase self-awareness and build strength and balance.
